Very impressed

I had the recent luxury of renting a Nintendo Game Boy a few weeks back on a roadtrip to Green Bay, WI, to wacth the Packers.
I rented Zelda and Super Mario Land. Wow, what a breakthrough in graphics! I had played with a B&W Game Boy a few years back, and wasn't very impressed. I was under the assumption that the new color Game Boy would be the same thing, but color. I was wrong! The resolution was fantastic. The games looked stunning in color!
I also tried a few B&W games and noticed how much faster and crisper the games look on the color machine.
The only problem I found is that expecting a backlit screen (to play in the dark), I got nothing, zilch, nada.
I was so upset, as 1/2 of my weekend was going to be spent in the car driving (well, not 1/2). I was upset... oh well.
Not having a light is probably the onle reason I would not buy one of these and stick to renting it for weekend trips!
