Nortel Networks T7316 2-Line Corded Phone

I recently did some Temp. work in an office on a busy reception where they were using this telephone. I found it very easy to use with all the commonly used features available at the touch of a button or two. The release button was extremely useful for making speedy transfers when more than one line was ringing simultaneously. I found the indicators next to each extension button were also very useful so that I could see who was on the phone. As I have worked with other telephones without this display I thought this was brilliant! I don't know how easy it is to programme. I would really recommend this telephone for any small - medium sized business with a lot of incoming calls.
