The Bottom Line: Do not buy the product. It is a very disappointing product. It can place you in danger if you need to dial 911 and it freezes.

Biggest mistake yet?

The Bottom Line: I would not take another one if it was given to me. Stay away from this cheaply built PDA.
Review: I got the Treo 680 as a replacement for a stolen Blackberry from Cingular. At first I was impressed. It seemed to work well. It did freeze occasionally, which was a pain. Other than that I was happy with it.

The bliss was short lived...
