Faulty Sound Card

I bought this phone wanting a smartphone since I had never had one in the past. The features were great but the phone was not reliable. The sound card would simply stop working and the only way to fix it was to remove the battery and put it back in. This happened several times a day. I had found a patch online (because evidently is was a common problem) but that didn't fix the issue either. Also, the phone connectivity was not always up to standard. I would lose a call without notice where with my previous phone I had very little dropped calls.

I did love the email and messaging although I didn't have the phone long enough to really figure out what I loved most about the phone. Once I realized the sound card was unreliable, there really wasn't a need to keep the phone.
