Epinions Has what you need, lacks what you don't.

by  gvfarns,  Mar 17, 2006
Pros: Small, light, looks cool, non-volatile memory, very cheap.
Cons: This version of PalmOS removes important options.
The Bottom Line: Buy it. If what you are looking for is a PDA and not a laptop in your pocket, this is perfect.
Review: This little beauty has really been marketed as a palm pilot for the novice PDA user: something simple enough not to scare your grandma and easy enough to wean Luddites from their sticky notes. I don't fit in that demographic, but I love this PDA for its ...

Epinions Good Backup PDA

by  tingting,  Apr 11, 2007
Pros: Small and light, USB, international charger, different plugs for different countries, free plastic covers.
Cons: Display is too low resolution, loading photos complicated, price too high, looks like ipod
The Bottom Line: Not many to choose from these days, good backup but not for power users or business.
Review: I got this as a backup to my TX which I lost. This was a special promotional package it seems because I got 2 colored plastic rubber covers and a set of international AC plug adaptors for same price of $99. The AC adaptor, charger now supports ...

Epinions Hey ladies, want to see my palm pilot?

by  Angellcatt,  Nov 18, 2005
Pros: Small, lightweight, easy to use, syncs easily w/Mac, inexpensive
Cons: Everything has to look like an iPod now? Also cases, screen protectors
The Bottom Line: This is the perfect PDA for users needing easy of use and basic functions with an inexpensive price. Great for Mac users because of easy syncing.
Review: When I went shopping and ultimately purchased the Palm z22, I was replacing a Handspring Visor Neo that I had had since 2001. It was definitely time for an upgrade. But I did not need a lot of features -- I didn't need to access the Internet, I didn't ...

Epinions Exactly what I needed

by  bagelpdx,  Jan 31, 2008
Pros: Lightweight, easy to use, price
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: If you're like me and just need a simple & straightforward organizer, but don't like carrying a paper planner, this is the unit for you.
Review: I decided I needed a handheld organizer when I found myself booting up my laptop just to look at my schedule in Outlook. I only wanted something that would hold contacts & calendar - nothing fancy. After some research, the Palm Z22 seemed to fit ...

Epinions One of the best & a great product for the price!

by  SandyGarrett,  Jan 31, 2006
Pros: Low cost, light
Cons: hard to replace battery, display not visible in sunlight.
The Bottom Line: If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this product works great.
Review: Palm has finally returned to their roots and released a PDA. Not a wannabe phone/walkman/portable dvd/game console/wireless web browser/photo album/book. It's an actual, honest to God, Personal Digital Assistant. Yes, it can do some of those other ...

Epinions Great Organizational Tool

by  branandnessasm,  Feb 21, 2007
Pros: Great price, features, ease of use
Cons: Need to keep recharging or else it will run out of batteries
Review: I purchased this Palm and love using it! It even synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook! You can add your info. through the computer much faster and then upload and synchronize with the handheld. It took me less than 5 minutes to put together a new phone ...

Epinions Palm Z22 handheld

by  opinionated3, lead in Computer Hardware ,  Mar 8, 2008
Pros: Compact size, bright backlighting and auto shutoff
Cons: no attached protective cover
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this for beginners and parents looking for an organizer for their kids.
Review: My oldest son started high school this year and he asked if he could have PDA of his own to help him organize his life. I told him that I would have to do some checking to see if I could find a decent PDA that wasn't a lot of money. I was shopping ...

Epinions Pretty good, some bugs

by  kthymomkat,  Jul 21, 2007
Pros: Relatively easy to use, has a great calendar function.
Cons: Finding one that works from the getgo.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend it, it is easy to use with clear, bright color graphics.
Review: I am not a tech/gadget minded person, so I fit the profile of the target consumer for the Z22 perfectly. I have always been dependent on my big Franklin planner to keep myself quasi-organized and after researching different devices, I decided the Z22 ...

Epinions Very handy but not for me

by  seib_doodah,  Mar 7, 2007
Pros: Small, handy to hold addresses and e-mails.
Cons: Too hard to write things out.
The Bottom Line: I would not buy this unless you are a simple person and you don't mind lettering in each word or note you want.
Review: My husband bought me this Palm Z22 as a Christmas gift, a year and a half ago. I love that it was so small and functional. The ability of putting all my address and e-mails in there was a huge plus. It’s great to be able to just plug it into my home ...

Epinions Decent PDA for those of you who have never seen another pda before.

by  pugnel,  Jan 2, 2007
Pros: Easy to use and navigate around. Crazy Daisy game was cute.
Cons: Extremely poor screen quality and color. I also hated the cheap plastic stylus.
The Bottom Line: I just rated this as average. It does basic things and really nothing else. I think I would've been satisfied if I wasn't used to seeing my husbands T3.
Review: I purchased this palm after extensive thought. I'm a stay at home mom (with 3 kids) and I use a paper organizer for everything. So with school, field trips, dr appts, dentist appts, being absentminded to begin with, my notes were going missing and I ...
