WORST TV EVER MADE

The Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY ANY PHILIPS LCS TV
I bought the LCD from Dell Computers, after two months of use I noticed a thin lane across the screen. Thinking that I have one year warranty, that's when the nightmare started. The technicians they used are worthless J & E Electronics in Houston are worthless, when they got the unit they promise to call me for status...I was wrong! I have to call them every week but they put me in hold! After a month past I called Philips to get the TV replaced, they told me that I need to get the TV back from the technician and then call them back for a exchanged. When I got the unit back I call the number they gave me thinking that will be a fast transaction, I did not know that I have to use my credit card and the information which I don't understand. Why should I be responsible for the exchanged?? They should have done the exchanged while the TV was with their technician! Now I have to wait for a third party company to contact me for arrangment for the shippment... who knows how long is going to take. If anybody buy this brand name, you will be wasting your money, remember that any kinds of LCD or Plamas tvs required good warranty service because of their technology, I suggest to go with Samsung! They last longer!
