Over-priced junk.

It's junk.
This is the year 2006, and phone equipment manufactures can't get a wireless headset to work right. It's no wonder that old classic phone companies like Avaya and Nortel are being flushed by cheap Chinese phone manufactures, Cisco, VOIP, Skype, and the like. This headset costs over $300 and (without the special *mechanical* lifter) won't ring when a call comes in, and can't pick up and hang up the line on it's own. Meanwhile, you can buy a $30 bluetooth headset and do all of these things with your PC or wireless phone.
You won't get rings in your ear or be able to pick up or hang up a call without a MECHANICAL LIFTER on your desk that goes WIIIIIIIRRRRRRRRRRR KURCHUNK WHIIIIRRRRRRRRRRR. It's like a 1950's machine shop on your desk. Finally the microphone picks up noise from the office. If you don't have your own office, you would be better off with a CS55.
If you have an Avaya phone, you need to pay an additional $60 anti-competitive fee for an Avaya branded AWH-75 (identical to the CS70), which can pick up/down the ringer and receive call notification.
