Pros: Different earpieces for different sized ears.

Cons: Very cheaply made; falling apart. Sound quality no better than a basic unit.

The Bottom Line: Avoid it. There are other, better made bluetooth headset units available, this one is old technology.

Cons: Short range, short battery life, calls cut in/out.
