Big disappointment

The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this unit based on the amount of static and background noise.
Review: I bought the Plantronics Voyager 520 because Plantronics makes quality telephone headset equipment in offices nationwide. Most high volume call centers use Plantronics equipment, so I figured I would try their Blue Tooth product.

The Bottom Line: In the final analysis, if you're looking for a decent headset without any unnecessary bells and whistles, I highly recommend the 520 (or the 330).
