Great Value

This has solved two problems I had with my training. I've recently started getting pretty serious into running and kept coming across running advice and drills that include running at a specific pace for a specific time. For example running 20 seconds per mile slower than your marathon pace. This watch will tell you with great accuracy what your pace is. Second, I was always approximating my running distances. For example, if I wanted to run 5 miles around my neighborhood, I'd just run for a little less than an hour. With this watch, I can run wherever I want and know how far I've gone.
There are two basic methods for watches that keep track of your time and distance. One is the foot pod method that this device has. The other is GPS. I opted for the foot pod method because I never have to worry about losing the GPS signal, which can happen quite often with the less expensive models. The better GPS models are more expensive.
