Risk Board Game

Risk is the ultimate game of strategy. You basically compete to take over the world. Although there is an element of luck in the throw of a dice or the turn of a card, the key is in the strategy you employ. The game takes a long time to complete and can get very competitive - two reasons why I consider this isn't really suitable for the very young - regardless of what it says on the box. In my view it is much better suited to a group of like-minded adults who can make a social event of it or perhaps to keep teenagers occupied during a rainy holiday in the English summer!
