Pros: Atmosphere, soundtrack, story, outfits, main character, building your empire and the missions.
Cons: Empire missions get repetitive, some glitches and melee weapons.
The Bottom Line: Vice City Stories is not the most mind blowing game ever but pretty good and worth the money.
