Fragile product and poor customer service

Review: Purchased two E250 for Xmas 2006. Purchased sports covers, ac/dc and car chargers. Spent well over $300.00 including extras.
After four weeks use, one unit was dropped less than a foot in a protective covering in a bag on carpet. Screen now...

Review: Great little unit.  I use it at work and have no problem getting more than 20 hours of play out of a charge.  Don't understand the other reviewers complaints.  The screen light is adjustable.  Go to Sansa website for everything you want to know...
