If you're lifting big, use a belt

The Bottom Line: I think you should check it out for yourself. Use one once and see the difference it makes.
Review: This is a normal weightlifting belt. It is very well made and durable. It is strong and long lasting. It is made out of leather which is very good as most other powerlifters know. It comes with a double prong buckle which is very useful for it...
