Epinions $55 can get you $100 (or more) worth of sound.

by  some_guy5,  Jan 29, 2008
Pros: very good sound, very good value
Cons: noise when jostling the cord
The Bottom Line: A very good buy
Review: I suppose it has been a few months since I last reviewed a pair of headphones, and as luck would have it I just got a pair recently. For those of you who follow each of my reviews on a daily basis (0 of you I believe) you will have noticed that I had to ...

Epinions Great choice as Ipod earbud replacement/upgrade

by  deejmic,  Sep 21, 2006
Pros: Nice looking, high power handling, loud, efficient.
Cons: Slightly rolled off high frequency response. No carrying case.
The Bottom Line: In this price range you don't have to look any further for good earbuds, these are it. You will be pleasantly surprised at how they sound.
Review: I recently purchased a 4gb Ipod Nano. It is fairly reknowned as a very good sounding mp3 player. I listened to it for several hours over the last few days, A/B between my the Ipod stock earbuds and my Audio Technica M30 headphones and determined that ...

Epinions Good in-ear headphones in the right settings and for a reasonable price

by  too_dope,  Jul 13, 2007
Pros: Good sound quality, fit, and sound isolation; great for airplanes.
Cons: Irritating cord noise when active.
The Bottom Line: Use these high quality but affordable earphones to enjoy your music at rest or on the airplane, but find a different pair for the gym.
Review: I have a problem. I enjoy listening to my music and want my earphones to provide decent fidelity and reasonable bass response. That's not too much to ask, is it? And I want them to fit well and minimize external noise. That's reasonable, right? ...

Epinions Excellent.

by  mthaker,  Feb 22, 2006
Pros: excellent bass, very sweet mids, tiny drivers, comfortable fit, great price
Cons: personally hate the asymmetrical cord, highs sometimes get drowned out by bass and mids
The Bottom Line: The Sennheiser CX300 is significantly cheaper than most hi-fi in-ear earphones yet provide superior sound.
Review: Sennheiser does it once again. Relatively inexpensive products that deliver equal-to-superior sound quality to some of the competing products that are often double the price. As a comparison point, I will compare the Sennheiser CX300 to the Shure E2c. ...

Epinions Awesome value

by  thequadsqueen,  Feb 3, 2007
Pros: Really is noise-canceling. Sized perfectly for an awesome fit.
Cons: cord is a little short. The audio jack is also a little bit small.
Review: Priced reasonably at retail stores. Has great audio. Depending on what expectations an audiophile has for in-ear monitors, one would find the audio to be quite concentrated, which is nice. Although one would also find it punchy, seeing as how the ...

Epinions Great headphones compared to two other industry leaders Bose and Shure

by  bradsnelgrove,  Jun 2, 2008
Pros: Great Bass, Comfortable and enhanced sound. Would recommend these headphones hands down.
Cons: Waiting to find one. Maybe a carrying case would be a good addition .
Review: Over the past month I have tried out the Bose ear buds (99 C$), Shure 110 (119C$) and finally Sennheiser CX300 (103C$). By far the best sound, comfort and value for your dollar is the CX300's. The main purpose of my headphones was working out at the ...

Epinions Totally average headset.

by  nradv,  Dec 7, 2007
Pros: small. comfortable.
Cons: Bass not as rich as expected. Somewhat Harsh sound.
The Bottom Line: Very dis-apponting. Average at best.
Review: Totally disappointed. The rave reviews I've read must be written by people that work for Sennheiser. I just did a comparison test. These cx-300 vs my other Seinheisser PC-100 (over the ear) and my ipod in-ear set (not buds) that came with my video ipod. ...

Epinions Sennheiser CX 300 Earbuds

by  jalepeno4,  Apr 8, 2007
Pros: Sound quality, especially bass
Cons: Poor fit
Review: I purchased the Sennheiser CX 300 ear buds as replacements for the stock Apple ear buds that came with my iPod. The sound quality is considerably better, especially the bass. They do block out ambient noise well. I don't like the fact that the ...
