Lens=avoid, body=good stuff

Review: I would give the Sony Alpha DSLR-A300 camera 5 stars and I did in some other review. But in this review I want to concentrate on the 18-70mm kit lens included in DSLR - A300K set.
If you want to buy a DSLR just to pretend that you are into...

Forget Nikon and Canon - the 300 has all you need plus more

Review: The tilt view finder with LiveView is a combo no other camera in this price range can match.  Tilt view finder -- up or down -- makes for great pictures of art work or candid shots of unknowing subjects (held at waist level)adjustable viewfinder

Reasonably priced SLR provides features for both beginners and experienced photographers.  Very good quality images.
