Pros:
Fast shutter reaction, tilting LCD display, good video quality
Cons:
power on button, zoom button, and mode button to easy to change accidentally.
The Bottom Line:
It is not for everybody. Maybe this should be your special camera and have a mini camera for your primary camera or vice versa.

I had used a Sony DSC-S75 for at least 6 1/2 years. I carried it in a pouch on my belt when I hiked or traveled. Most of the time it lived in my back pack. It still had the original battery and over 5400 photos. So when it failed to work one day, maybe I had set my back pack down a little too hard, I decided to get into the market for another one. I also have a Canon digital rebel but that is too bulky to carry all the time. What stood out to me was the LCD display tilts so that I can take pictures over the heads of crowds or under the logs in the forest. A 2g SD holds a video as long as one that would fit on a mini DVD. The video quality is better than expected. It is easy to switch from video to still. I gave my Camcorder to my daughter. The shutter reaction time was important to me, I can't notice any delay. The DSC-H9 is not as small as my old Sony but I found a pouch at Sears that is the perfect size. I now lives most of the time in the pouch in my back pack. The lens cap pops off when the camera lens comes out so I put the cap string through the strap buckle.
