Sony ICF-C273 Clock Radio

I thought this alarm clock was so great, I went out and bought one for each member of my family! I love the easy daylight savings time change button and the ease of all the functions. BUT!! Last week, on the same day, 3 of the alarms quit going off in the morning! One still works just fine, one works once in a while and the other 2 don't work at all. The clock, radio, nap, and sleep functions are all still working, but the alarm on all 3 clocks has stopped going off in the morning. I have tried to find any recall notices or info on the Sony website, but there is nothing. I have contacted Sony and haven't heard back yet. Strange and a huge bummer, because the clocks are great in every other way but the most important one!
