Review: I bought this mp3 player on a whim and frankly wish that I hadn't. I was used to mp3 players that actually play mp3's - this one makes you use the Sony software in order to transfer music to your mp3 player. Maybe Sony will get it down next time and...

Review: I have the 1Gb Sony machine and it's excellent although the Sonicstage software is a real "belt and braces" affair. Still it works – just about.
However, with the 2Gb machine, the software will not allow me to place the tracks from different...

Another serious limitation

Review: We actually have a 1G Walkman, NW-E003, but what I have to say should apply to all this series.
We discovered that they will not accept charge from a USB charger. They plug in and charging appears to take place, but after an hour the players...

Good player limited by software

The Bottom Line: Altough the Walkmans ATRAC system is a general annoyance this is a decent lightweight player with the advantage of onboard USB.

I love my little bean

The Bottom Line: If you want a durable MP3 player that is easy to use this is the one for you
Review: This is my first MP3 player and I think it is great. Especially if you are going to the gym or even in the car on long trips. The battery life is so long. Plus it is very durable. I have dropped this thing so many times but it is a sony you cant go...
