Good Game...AWFUL support

Game stopped reading UMGs within 3 weeks of owning it. Called Sony, they agreed it was a warrantee issue. Upon returning it with a copy of the receipt they refused to honor their guarantee. They said the serial numbers didn't match up. They had no plans to call me regarding the issue. It took two months and several phone calls to get the story. Just AWFUL customer support. I've never seen such incompetence. Just say NO to SONY.
