Q Grill by Thane sold by Cyber Mall

Not a fan of this product. Worked fine first two time I used. When installing propane bottle for 3rd use, Grill leaked gas horribly. Couldn't get valve that it threads into to stop leaking. Was so bad it would've emptied bottle in a minute or so. Couldn't use grill. Called Thane/Cyber Mall, they wanted me to pay freight to send it back to them. Since I was within my 30 day money back guarantee period I told him instead I wanted my money back. They told me they would take it back, but that I'd have to pay freight back to them AND they would not reimburse my $44.90 shipping and handling from original purchase, even though they had a "money back guarantee". They then offered a 25% refund of original purchase price if I kept unit, but that would void my "money back guarantee". Since it seemed obvious they had no interest taking care of me now, it didn't seem like a good move to make it even harder to get my money back later on. In a nutshell, I will fork out around $60 bucks to bid rid of this defective unit.
