Up in flames

Review: Upon the first use of this grill, it immediately burst into flames. It required a fire extinguisher to put out and left the rear part of the unit completely melted as that is where it was flaming from. I don't know if it was a problem with the gas...

Uses too much gas.

Review: I bought this thinking that I could cook for the whole family but boy was I wrong. I was able to cook three hot dogs before the gas ran out. If I were you I would stick to the old fashion Webber.

Very poor customer service

Review: THe basic idea for the grill is quite good. The lightwieght is a 2 edged sword because it is light but also very easily broken.

Customer service was very poor. I ordered from a commercial that promised a lot of free stuff the company did...

The Bottom Line: Unless you plan on cooking only thin burgers or making toast this thing is a very attractive doorstop
Review: I bought it on the infomercial only to find it was almost half the price at a local store so...I'm a little depressed. The grilling area is 105 inches...which compared to a standard BBQ is pretty small...so don't expect to cook for the whole...

Review: Not a fan of this product. Worked fine first two time I used. When installing propane bottle for 3rd use, Grill leaked gas horribly. Couldn't get valve that it threads into to stop leaking. Was so bad it would've emptied bottle in a minute or so...
