more than looks

The Bottom Line: this is one of the best when it comes to sweat bands as it does everything that is expected of it.
I originally purchased this item because I like the look of having a headband when I am playing basketball, but it didn't take me very long to find that other benefits to this particular head band.
I am someone that sweats a lot and noticed right away that the headband was extremely great for absorbing sweat. At the end of games I am usually completely drenched with sweat, as only a very small percentage of it actually was even dripping onto my face. Even after the games I found out that I could ring it out and quite a substantial sweat would come out of it.
For a long while I had lost my headband, and had grown my hair out quite long. When playing basketball I would constantly brush the hair out of my eyes, and in some cases was unable to see the whole play as part of my sight was blocked. Upon finding my long lost head band I discovered that another affect that it had was that it could pull my hair back long enough that it wouldn't go into my eyes, and it was still effective on keeping the sweat off of me.
While this may not be the most attractive headband, it still doesn't look all that bad on the court, and it is very dependable and will stop sweat from getting all over you.
