The Bottom Line: DC22 is an excellent value in a mini camcorder for keeping family memories and for posting on web sites. Can pop DVD into DVD player to show immediately.
Review: We got a DC22 after almost getting one of the newer memory card based camcorders. Mainly got it to replace an aging SVHS-C camcorder that no longer focussed well in low light.

The Bottom Line: I would ask lots of questions of the salesman before buying any camera like this. If you don't get what you want, walk away.
Review: The most unnerving feature is that the "direct to DVD" feature doesn't work. I've put the completed DVD into both of my DVD players, and both of my laptop computers, and I can't get any of them to read the DVD. The DVD players present the message...

Gratefull for the Gift
