I heard so many good things about Palm, and my wife bought a Treo phone, (which she pretty much just uses as a phone), so I thought that, instead of sending my worn out Dell Axim X30 Pocket PC for surgery and refurbishment, I'd buy a shiny new Palm. I'll cut to the chase- My Pocket PC ran rings around the Palm Tungsten E2. Heck, the old dinosaur PDA that I had before I bought my X30 outperformed the Palm Tungsten E2. After carefully following instructions and spending hours upon hours installing software to enable the Palm to do what most non-Palm PDA's do right out of the box, none of the features worked. Internet via bluetooth phone- nope. Email- nope. Remote dialing via bluetooth- nope. Automatic synching- nope. A waste of time and money. I'm back to using my cellphone calendar and a Daytimer. They're both more effective and cost less than the Palm.
