HP Delivers a decent Printer but little support

The Bottom Line: Good product if you can get the software to install, Tech support needs to be educated

Frustration with this printer

Review: I have had this printer for about six months and I have replaced the color ink cartridge 3 times. I would consider my use to be a little above average. The quality of the color prints is very good after cleaning the print cartridges at least twice...

Review: Bought this printer in April. Probably printed 20 pages on it in 3 months since I have another printer hooked up. When it worked it printed great pictures. Ink cartridges ran run out too quickly though. In July it died. Got a "paper jam" error...
