Badly Made product with very Poor support

Cons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: The steering clip broke after 4 days. Called (Indian) tech support for a replacement. They told me to reset my iPod... like that would magically repair the plastic clip. I gave up and emailed them with a photo. They told me they will not replace...
