Pros: Good printing quality
Cons: Expensive to maintain, dies quickly, slow to get engineers
Review: After purchasing this printer as a replacement for my office, I was disapointed to find it began breaking down within the first week.  Whilst still in warranty, the engineers refused to come out to repair the printer, insisting that we post the part...

Pros: Cost, ease of set-up, convenient size footprint for my small office.
Cons: None yet
