Worst experince ever.

Pros: Made good coffee for a few weeks
Cons: Poor quality. Poor service. Useless warranty.
The Bottom Line: Buy something, anything else

Coffe maker broke within 2 months. We where told to send it out for warranty service at out own expense. 3 weeks later they have not even looked at it yet. The rep at the service center was rude and let us know that they may not get to it for...
