Useless, complicated, unreliable

Cons: Extremely complicated to use, unreliable
Review: This was one of the worst purchases in my life. On paper it looks great: DVD recorder, with hard disk and built-in Freeview. It looks good, even though it is massive compared to most DVD recorders. It does not cost that much for what it offers. BUT...
