Big Mistake! Never should have bought one.

Pros: Worked for exactly one month

Cons: Everything. It is really a piece of junk.

Pros: beautiful to look at; easy to use; fast heating times; perfect coffee.

Cons: expensive; tedious to clean (but no more so than others); no automatic shut-off.
