HP Delivers a decent Printer but little support

Pros: Clear Photos, Easy controls, Quick Printer and Copying.
Cons: Support not able to assist with major issues
The Bottom Line: Good product if you can get the software to install, Tech support needs to be educated

Review: I finally had enough of my bottom of the barrel ink jet printer. I decided the quality was in line with its price and if I wanted decent photos then I needed to at least go for the hundred dollar and above types. I saw the HP 4180 "Photos Smart"...

Printer is great in it's short life.
