Sadly our experience of the Vax V124 is horrific. The item was recommended by Which? and Good Housekeeping and we bought on those recommendations. After 40 minutes, it caught fire burning the carpets and a leg. One of the most scariest experiences ever. Blue and yellow flames came out of the... Read full review »

What a fabulous machine, bought when it was half price so even more of a bargain.  I have cream carpets all around the house, no pet, no smokers and no children - even so carpets still get dirty and this cleaner is fabulous for bringing the carpets up like new.  I would recommend...
