Pros: Toaster actually browns, not burns and keeps toast warm until ready to eat. Two-Year Warranty.
Cons: Expensive!

Dissapointing Performance

Pros: Name brand and robust construction
Cons: simply doesn't properly toast whole grain or other heavier breads..

Review: I was initially reluctant to spend major bucks on a toaster but the KitchenAid brand and the robust build won me over. Sad to say I am returning it to the retailer to get my money back. Do NOT buy this machine if you want to toast anything other...
