I bought the M1073 because Office Max had it on sale at a reasonable price. Apparently different retailers provide different packages of "standard equipment". The package from Office Max includes a second lithium ion battery and a 1 GB memory...

Pros: Lightweight and easy to carry. Quick turn on for spur of the moment shots.
Cons: Poor low light picture taking performance and inadequate zoom.
The Bottom Line: If all you want is a camera that you can toss in your bag and take daytime pictures from close range then this camera is okay otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

This is one of the best camera's i have ever had. 7.2 Mp's is just fine for most people. And with the Carl Zeiss is just superb.
