Where's the midrange?

Pros: Loud!
Handy control unit with volume, bass and power control as well as a headphone jack.

Cons: Absolutely no midrange.

The Bottom Line: If you are looking for sound quality look elsewhere. These might be loud and boomy, but so is a tornado siren!

Adequate solution for a year or two

Pros: Good value and looks, excellent construction, easy to put together

Cons: High end missing, mids a bit muffled

The Bottom Line: While it performs adequately as a computer multimedia sound system, it leaves one aching for more.
