Pros Worth the money if using your laptop daily but also use it mobile
Cons on/off button can get caught easily shutting machine down when not wanting to

If you have got an HP laptop which can fit on this, like the nc6320 (most new HP laptops will fit, but don't know all models) and you use it daily then I recommend using this, especially if you have to also travel with your laptop.
