The Nikon P500 is a good camera, not the best of the Nikon brand but a pretty good one! With a good sense, is a good camera to get into DSLR. Pros Great zoom, HD and High Speed Video, good pop-up flash, HD LCD screen (very nice)
Cons stabilizing issues, photos disappearing, a little pricey

I bought this camera to have a camera that would be both a point and shoot and manual camera. This camera has great video and zoom.
