Return Policy
If you are unhappy with a product and you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us and return the item WITHIN 60 days from the date you receive the order for a prompt exchange. We will only refund orders that are returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order, however we will not refund any additional charges for guaranteed next day delivery. There will be a re-stocking fee of £4.99 on each unwanted order sent back to us.
