That is why we grow our barley leaves organically in fields certified by the JAS where no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used. Freshness is also one of the reasons for its deliciousness! Whole processed barley leaves with a good texture. When the young leaves start to appear they are harvested. We cut the tips of the leaves about 30 cm and transport them to the factory while they are still fresh. We dry them using our unique technology and then powder them so you can enjoy them whole.
