Hand-stretched for a larger thinner pizza base and topped generously by hand with only the best ingredients.<br/>A Zizzi twist on a classic Italian dish. It has a tomato base, chargrilled aubergine slices, covered with mozzarella, smoked mozzarella and Buffalo mozzarella pearls. Topped with marinated semi-dried cherry tomatoes, Italian basil pesto drizzle and grated Regato cheese.<br/>Finish with a drizzle of our basil oil (in the box).
