No judgement here. Each to their own. Our medallions are dry cured by hand and matured for a minimum of 7 days before being traditionally smoked over beechwood in our Perthshire smokehouse. With our growing range of award winning bacon we like to think we know a thing or two. So while we add all our expertise and care, we don't add any water, ensuring flavoursome and tasty bacon. Well worth the bite. There's no flasher rasher.
