Ron's notes:<br/>Juicy, fruity, displaying a satsuma tendency.<br/>Nice and sweet, just the way you like it.<br/><br/>Our Spring Oak leaf wine is made from a sweet green tea of freshly picked oak leaves. Fruits and flowers. Yeast is blended in and the bubbling mixture is stirred over three days, strained, then left to ferment out.<br/>After it clears it is bottled and stored until the flavours have reached a deep understanding.<br/>Juicy fruity.<br/>Ron Gillies
