All Otter beers are brewed using our own water which comes from the head springs of the River Otter. "Brew a beer that's crystal clear and pure as the summer sun" was the challenge cast before our brewers. Otter Bright was born to refresh drinkers with its cool, subtle lemon lager taste and long bitter finish. English Fuggles and local lager malted barley go together to make this a unique beer from Devon.
