Ron's notes: Dark, rich, fruity and wild. Mediumish<br/><br/>Elderberry bushes decorate the countryside around us here in Perthshire. The berries hang down in bunches of shiny, black flavour-filled dots. This is a wine of darkest red; earthy, rich, fruity, and a little bit on the wild side, displaying treacle toffee and squints of paradise, but not too much I hope. Room temperature, (my room).
