Beautiful rasps from the berry fields of Perthshire. (and some from angus)
Raspberries are the aristocracy of Scottish fruit and those grown around us here in Perthshire are particularly renownaberry. We crush up these tasty berries, press out the juice, turn it into wine with some magic and put it into bottles. Somewhat simplified. I agree, but it is simple.
