Place the Top Plate over the chimney recess at the top of the stack. Insert the Top Insert Sleeve into the Flue Liner. Now place the Top Clamp over the Flue Liner and tighten the two nuts and bolts until the Flue Liner is secure againts Top Insert Sleeve.
