This could be done by anyone that knows how to use a needle and thread using a neutral thread in 15 minutes. I think all these are original to the textile when pillows were made. A seamstress opening one of the sides, removing the stuffings and having the tapestry part dry cleaned, and replacing stuffing and closing the open end, is an option.
