Condition is New. These are computer designed to leave you a perfect 1 3/8" hole, with a 2 3/8" Countersink. They are 2" tall overall, and after you pour your top, you leave these in. They leave a nice black PLA plastic hole, and are designed with external ribs so they don't slideout.
