3x D-Link DHP-P610AV Gigabit powerline adapters (with built in pass-through socket). These adapters are ethernet connected powerline adapters ( not wireless). Then take the other two adapters to the rooms you require, plug them into wall sockets(not extension leads) and connect each one to the LAN socket of a device (Smart TV, TV box, PC, console etc) using other Ethernet cables.
